Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags attached, before securely sealing them in the original shipping box.

  Label and Post

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
